Continuing Banner Year, Kentucky Appellate Survey Relaunches Website and Publishes Interview with Ju

The publishers of Kentucky Appellate Survey and Kentucky Appellate Survey Monthly are pleased to announce the relaunch of their website, www.kentuckyappellat esurvey.com. The relaunch continues a banner year for both publications.

The relaunched website features all of the latest news and developments about our publications, past Judicial Focus interviews, and archived issues of KAS Monthly. The archived KAS Monthly issues can be accessed by subscribers under "Publications - KAS Monthly - Archives" and are password protected. Visitors can also preview both KAS and KAS Monthly and subscribe to one or both publications directly on the website.

KAS Monthly entered its third year of publication in February of this year. KAS Monthly provides timely coverage of appellate court decisions and is typically published within the first full week of each month. The publication also covers news and major developments in Kentucky's legal community and features interviews with and profiles of Kentucky's judges as part of the recently launched "Judicial Focus" series. Additionally, as a public service, KAS Monthly is distributed to each and every judge in the Commonwealth, making it a must-read for all Kentucky attorneys. Since launching in February 2015, KAS Monthly has covered more than 3,200 judicial opinions.

Also this month, KAS Monthly featured a profile of and interview with Kentucky Court of Appeals Judge Denise G. Clayton as part of the ongoing "Judicial Focus" series. The series brings the bench and bar together by providing the insights and perspectives of Kentucky's judges on a wide range of issues. Former Kentucky Supreme Court Justice Mary Noble and Judge David A. Tapp of the 28th Judicial Circuit were the subjects of the first two installments of the series. The subject of the fourth installment will be announced in the coming weeks.

We are excited to unveil our redesigned website and to continue providing the bench and bar with timely and comprehensive updates on the latest developments in Kentucky law.
